The ideal candidate will have a strong background in custom theme development and possess extensive knowledge of WordPress best practices. As a Senior WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining custom WordPress themes, implementing complex functionalities, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Develop custom WordPress themes from scratch based on provided designs and specifications.

Customize existing themes and plugins to meet project requirements.

Collaborate with designers and other developers to create visually stunning and highly functional websites.

Optimize websites for speed, performance, and responsiveness.

Troubleshoot and debug issues related to WordPress themes, plugins, and core functionality.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in WordPress development.

 

Requirements:

 

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in WordPress development.

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.

Extensive experience in custom theme development using WordPress standards and best practices.

Strong understanding of WordPress architecture, APIs, and hooks.

Experience with popular WordPress plugins and frameworks.

Familiarity with front-end development frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Fluency in Uzbek and proficiency in English is a plus.
