Job Description:

As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and maintenance of our web and mobile applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, and ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of our software. You will be responsible for writing clean, efficient code, implementing new features and enhancements, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

 

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement new features and enhancements for our web and mobile applications.

Design and develop backend APIs and services using technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.

Implement responsive and interactive user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.

Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and consistency.

Optimize performance and scalability of our applications through code refactoring, caching, and other techniques.

Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by users or identified through monitoring and testing.

Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in full-stack development.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

3+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript, both on the frontend and backend.

Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and best practices.

Experience with database technologies such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
