About the Role:

As a Senior Java Developer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of our mission-critical software applications. You will work closely with other developers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure the highest quality and performance of our systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop highly scalable and maintainable Java applications
• Implement best practices for code quality, security, and performance
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Participate in technical design discussions and decision-making
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the Java ecosystem
• Collaborate effectively with other teams and stakeholders
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Java developer
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software projects
• Strong knowledge of Java 11+ and related technologies (Spring Boot, Hibernate, JUnit, etc.)
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure) a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Passion for building high-performance and scalable systems
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Leadership and mentoring experience a plus
