Job Description:

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in the development and maintenance of our flagship product. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy scalable software solutions that meet the needs of our users. You will be responsible for writing clean, efficient code, and ensuring that our software meets the highest standards of quality and performance.

 

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement new features and enhancements.

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using industry best practices.

Design and implement scalable backend systems using technologies such as Python, Django, and PostgreSQL.

Optimize performance and scalability of existing systems through code refactoring and system improvements.

Work closely with QA engineers to ensure the quality and reliability of our software through automated testing and continuous integration.

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members.

Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in software engineering.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

5+ years of professional experience in software engineering.

Strong proficiency in Python and Django framework.

Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.

Solid understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns.

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
