Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences. As a UI/UX Designer at stone age technology, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement user-centric solutions that meet our clients’ needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
2. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
3. Develop user interface designs that are visually appealing, intuitive, and consistent with brand guidelines.
4. Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to gather insights and refine design solutions.
5. Iterate on designs based on feedback and user testing results to continuously improve the user experience.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
3. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
4. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
5. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
7. Portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work and process.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience designing for mobile applications and responsive web platforms.
2. Knowledge of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
3. Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines.
4. Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
