Job Description:

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to understand business requirements, collect and preprocess data, train and evaluate models, and integrate them into our products. You will also be involved in research and experimentation to explore new techniques and algorithms to improve model performance and accuracy.

 

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and define machine learning problems and objectives.

Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to extract relevant features and insights for model training.

Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms using libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

Train, evaluate, and fine-tune models using techniques such as cross-validation, hyperparameter tuning, and ensemble learning.

Deploy models into production environments and monitor their performance and reliability over time.

Conduct research and experimentation to explore new techniques and algorithms to improve model performance and accuracy.

Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in machine learning and artificial intelligence research and technologies.

 

Qualifications:

Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

2+ years of professional experience in machine learning or data science roles.

Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.

Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques, such as supervised learning, unsupervised learning, and deep learning.

Experience with big data technologies such as Apache Spark or Hadoop is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
