Job Description:

As a Data Scientist, you will play a key role in analyzing large datasets, developing predictive models, and extracting actionable insights to drive business decisions. You will work closely with clients to understand their data needs, identify opportunities for leveraging data to solve complex problems, and develop and deploy advanced analytics solutions. You will also be involved in research and experimentation to explore new techniques and algorithms to improve model performance and accuracy.

 

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and define data analytics problems and objectives.

Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to extract relevant features and insights for model training.

Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms using tools and languages such as Python, R, or Scala.

Train, evaluate, and fine-tune models using techniques such as cross-validation, hyperparameter tuning, and ensemble learning.

Deploy models into production environments and monitor their performance and reliability over time.

Conduct research and experimentation to explore new techniques and algorithms to improve model performance and accuracy.

Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders through clear and compelling data visualizations and presentations.

Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data science and machine learning research and technologies.

 

Qualifications:

Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

3+ years of professional experience in data science or machine learning roles.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala.

Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or Spark MLlib.

Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
