Job Description:

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and deploying machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts to understand requirements, collect and preprocess data, and develop and train machine learning models. You will be responsible for deploying models into production environments, monitoring their performance, and iterating on model improvements.

 

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts to understand business requirements and develop machine learning solutions.

Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to extract relevant features and insights for model training.

Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms using tools and libraries such as Python, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.

Train, evaluate, and fine-tune models using techniques such as cross-validation, hyperparameter tuning, and ensemble learning.

Deploy models into production environments and monitor their performance and reliability over time.

Conduct research and experimentation to explore new techniques and algorithms to improve model performance and accuracy.

Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and compelling data visualizations and presentations.

Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in machine learning research and technologies.

 

Qualifications:

Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

3+ years of professional experience in machine learning or data science roles.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.

Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or PyTorch.

Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
