Job Description:

As a Senior WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development of custom WordPress themes and implementing various web solutions for our clients. Your role will involve working closely with our design and development teams to create visually stunning and highly functional websites that meet our clients’ needs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise in WordPress development and contribute to the success of our projects.

 

Responsibilities:

Develop custom WordPress themes from scratch based on client requirements and design mockups.

Customize existing WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific project needs.

Collaborate with our design team to ensure seamless integration of design elements into WordPress websites.

Optimize websites for performance, speed, and scalability.

Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure the functionality and usability of WordPress websites.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in WordPress development.

 

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in WordPress development, with a strong portfolio showcasing custom theme development.

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.

Extensive knowledge of WordPress CMS, including themes, plugins, and core functionality.

Experience with responsive and mobile-first web design principles.

Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation.

Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
